Our slaughterhouse is a responsible company and also has certifications to ensure their consumers quality products, the trail to care innovations handles different ecology:

 

- The treatment plant was established in 2000, this facility treats wastewater with bio-digestion. All the water in the toilets, showers, production lines recovers and reaches a tank, then, in a system for separating solid and liquid.

 

After that, the liquid is stored in a large tank called bio-digester which separates the liquid and gas through an ultrasound process. The gas from the well is waiting to be burned in the boilers of the production lines. - The gas used in the process of the treatment plant is also created on the trail has two tanks that can hold up to 3850 meters cubic of biogas and produce up to 500-600 cubic meters of biogas per day the same.

 

- The company has also a system of solar panels that supply some of the electricity used by sacrficio activity. This allows to care for ecology and to give some autonomy to trace resources
