Our slaughterhouse is part of the only with a quality service that is responsible for preserving the organoleptic properties of animals recidibidos. By that puts visual processes to maintain an attractive appearance of the meat after slaughter. The service also got a cleaning process (Boots sanitary, washing boots required, knife sterilizers ...)
In addition to quality service, the slaughterhouse uses a system of "chiller", these are two bedrooms colder than perfectly preserved animal carcasses before delivering to the service cuts that effected the last stage before delivering the final product to their customers . Only few slaughterhouse of the country have this innovation that takes a high level of hygiene and quality.

El plan HACCP (Analisis de peligros y puntos criticos de control) es un proceso sistematico preventivo para garantizar la inocuidad alimentaria, de forma logica y objetiva. Se evalua y previene los riesgos de contaminacion del producto al nivel fisico, qumico y biologico a lo largo de todos los procesos de la cadena de procesos, estableciendo medidas preventinvas y corectivas para su control.
Certificacion TIF

La certificación TIF (Tipo de Inspección Federal) es un reconocimiento que la SecretarÃa de Agricultura, GanaderÃa y Desarrollo Rural (SAGAR) otorga a las plantas procesadoras de carnes que cumplen con todas las normas y exigencias del Gobierno Mexicano, en cuanto a su tratamiento y manejo de sanidad se refiere.

Mexico Calidad Suprema is a brand symbol of quality that ensures the safety and health of agricultural products through the implementation supports a process of evaluation by an external certification body, which ensures that the production process meets the requirements required by Mexican Official Standards (NOM), Mexican Standards (NMX) Standards even as Global GAP and SQF Mexico Supreme Quality brand, is owned by the Mexican Government are joint holders whose SAGARPA, and the Secretariat of Economy (SE).

Plan HACCP
The HACCP plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic preventive process to ensure food safety, logical and objective way. It evaluates and prevents product contamination risks to the physical level, and biological chemist over all processes in the chain of processes, establishing correctives and preventives measures for their control.
